It started its journey as an exclusive menu development, bar programming & immersive staff training through its internal Bar Academy back in 2006 where it first show its appearance in the Middles east Dubai building the cities modern approached in mixology and over view preview of future bar scene in Dubai.

After a decade of collected experiences in Singapore, Maldives, Italy, Germany, Doha, Thailand & Malaysia, Ron Ramirez decided to cast an enchanting Philosophy called " A Glass of Art & Science where by renowned for its articulate training programs, auditing system by assesing all areas of a beverage operation to correctly identify errors & present a plan on the most efficient and artistic way to rectify and reprogram the outlet(s) to meet company SOP's.

It constantly finding new ways to ensure clients briefs are met with creativity and conceptualize a clear uniqueness which will help to determine themselves as proven market leaders within the F&B community and beyond.
